TEA ROOM ASSISTANTS REQUIRED

Annie’s at Canal Yard is busy family-run canal-side Tea Room in Thrupp, near Kidlington. Our culture suits down-to-earth, genuinely-friendly, ambitious and hardworking people.

This is a hands-on role and you will work in, and be a part of, the daily operation of the tea room - no two days will be the same! Responsibilities will be wide and varied so we're looking for people with a passion for customer service, a personable approach, a flexible outlook, a willingness to muck in and the ability to turn their hand to a multitude of tasks.

Tea Room Assistants

We are looking for people to join our lively team and help with the day-to-day running of the tea room. You will report to the Tea Room Manager and duties will include:

• front-of-house customer service
• help with, and preparation of, food in kitchen
• keeping areas clean and sanitised
• clearing tables and washing up
• undertaking the open-up and close-down cleaning of tea room and kitchen.

DETAILS:

• Weekly shifts will include some weekends (day times only, no evenings)
• Core hours vary according but can be between 8.00am to 6.00pm according to needs
• Training will be given in all specialist areas
• Salary will be according to age and experience
• References will be required and taken.
